Në këtë takim kishte prezent zyrtarë komunal,qytetar të shumtë që u njoftuan rreth planit rregullës urban “Njesia Gacafer-Pepsh”(profili dhe analiza e gjendjes ekzistuese) nga përfaqësuesit e kompanisë projektuese të këtij plani e që është Adesign.
Qytetarët qe ishin prezent ne ketë shqyrtim jepen vërejte,sugjerime dhe mendimet e tyre rrethi këtij plani,ndërsa nga kompania projektuese u premtua qe vërejtjet e tyre do te merren parasysh,ne punimet e mëtutjeshme dhe ne shqyrtimet e ardhshme,qe do te jenë deri ne finalizimin e këtij plani rregullues urban për njësinë Gacafer-Pepsh.
