Policy and Finance Committee has, at this meeting reviewed the above mentioned points and took the following decisions:
• Medium Term Budget Framework 2014-2016 is examined and is allowed the possibility of filling of points, and the same is followed for further proceedings in accordance with circular budget .
• Draft Regulation on Waste Management after hearing from attendees was forwarded for review and approval by the Assembly.
• The draft decision on fees for building permits, proposed by the Department of Urbanism, Cadaster and Environment is forwarded for review and approval by the Assembly. It was held the VI meeting of the Policy and Finance Committee, chaired by Mr. Ibish Krasniqi, in the absence of the Chairman, Mr. Sinan Gacaferi. Present at the meeting were all members.
On the agenda were the following points:
1. Review and approval of minutes from previous meeting;
2. Review of Medium Term Budget Framework 2014-2016;
3. Review and approval of the Draft Waste Management Regulation in the territory of municipality, after public reviewing ;
4. Including reviewing the draft Decision on fees for building permits from the Department of Urbanism, Cadaster and Environment, and
5. Miscellaneous.
