The agenda was approved with a majority vote, also approved were the minutes of the last meeting without objection and then they reviewed the demand for firewood supply, protocol number 1-004-4681. Members present took the decision that the applicant be granted the supply of firewood for the winter season, as it meets the same criteria based on which the regulation is in force.
At this meeting, out of total seven, five members were present, so that the Commission had sufficient quorum to hold the meeting and make a decision.
Third meeting of the Municipal Commission for Reintegration of Repatriated Persons was held. Meeting was chaired by Mrs. Leonita Jasiqi – Head of the Municipal Commission for Reintegration. Mrs. Jasiqi, after greeting and welcoming the participants, urged them for the approval of the agenda with the following points:
1 . Review and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting,
2 . Review of Repatriated Persons Claims received by the Office for European Integration and Communities Return,
3 . Miscellaneous.
