Item 1 of the agenda: Minutes of the previous meeting were discussed, in which case remarks and amendments were given by the councilors. With their remarks and suggestions the approval of the minutes of the previous inaugural meeting was made.
Item 2 of the agenda: Following were sworn two new members of Assembly, Mr. Zenel Maloku of the LVV, who replaced Mr. Rexhep Pepshi, which has resigned from the position of the member of Parliament for personal reasons and Ibrahim Miroci of the AAK, who replaced Mr. Zenel Kuçi, who is appointed by the Mayor, as a Director of Public Services and Inspection.
Item 3 of the Agenda: Mayor Mr. Agron Kuçi, informed members of
Assembly of the new composition of the Municipal Government, which are:
Deputy Mayor Mr. Myrta Velijaj,
1. Director of General Administration – Mr. Besmir Gacaferi,
2. Director of Public Services and Inspection – Mr. Zenel Kuçi,
3. Director of Budget and Finance – Mr. Avdyl Gjota,
4. Director of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports – Mr. Muzli Isufaj,
5. Director of Health and Social Welfare – Mr. Muharrem Krasniqi,
6. Director of Urbanism, Cadaster and Environment – Mr. Hasan Krasniqi

Item 4 of the Agenda: Also in this meeting, with the proposal of the Municipal Assembly Chairman, the schedule of meetings for 2014 was set.

Led by the Chairman of the Municipal Assembly, Mr. Faik Tofaj, today the first meeting of the Municipal Assembly was held. Mr. Tofaj, initially welcomed all the participants and wished them the best and then asked the members of the Assemblyfor the approval of the agenda with the following points:
1. Review and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting,
2 . Oath of two new members of the Assembly (Mr. Zenel Maloku and Mr. Ibrahim Miroci)
3 . Presentation of Municipal Government by the Mayor,
4 . Making the decision for establishing the schedule of meetings of the Assembly,
5 . Establish Standing Committees:
a) Policy and Finance Committee,
b) Community Committee,
