Mr. Kransiqi initially greeted and thanked the participants for their presence. After verification of the members present, parliament has started its work, with the following agenda:
1. Review and approval of minutes from previous meeting;
2. Review of the Draft Decision on Amending the annual fees for conducting activities in business;
3. Review of the founding of the MCSC, according to Administrative Nr.27/2012 MIA and Nr.03/2012 of Local Government Administration;
4. Review and approval of the Draft Regulation on waste management in the territory of municipality, after public review;
5. Review of the Draft Decision for the award "Junik Assembly" for Richard Holbrooke, and,
6. Miscellaneous.

Assembly after deliberations, approved the following bylaws:
1. The decision to complete the annual tax practice in business;
2. Decision on the Establishment of the MCSC, as prescribed by the Ministry of Interior and Administrative Nr.27/2012 Nr.03/2012 the MLG;
3. Waste Management Regulation in the territory of municipality, after public review, and,
4. Decision awarding the "Junik Assembly" post mortem, former U.S. Ambassador Richard Holbrooke.
The meeting was open to public participation.

In the Hall of the Municipal Assembly was held the Fifth regular meeting of the Municipal Assembly. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ibish Krasniqi, in the absence of the Chairman of the Assembly, Mr. Sinan Gacaferi.
