With regrets I respond the Minister of Finance, Mr. A. Hoti!
First, the budget approved by the Grants Commission, attended by four municipalities is a public fact, but their participation is only for decoration because they are always outvoted by the Central Government.
Second, the formula for the general grant is not disputed. Concerns and demands of Junik Municipality have to do with what the formula of grants is not respected by the Ministry of Finance, in the case of Junik municipality in relation to some of the municipalities that are smaller in number and territory.
And third, we should not confuse the formula of grants to capital investments, where exactly is the main requirement to the Minister of Finance to review the budget projection, where here the Municipality of Junik is extremely damaged by the Government.
