The opening of the exhibition was made by the Property Tax Manager, Ms. Syzana Krasniqi, while present at the opening of the exhibition were representatives from the Ministry of Finance – Department of Property Tax, Mr. Agron Qerkini project expert who is funded by the Swedish Government, Director of Budget and Finance, Ms. Kosovare Gacaferi, municipal officials and citizens of the Municipality of Junik.
Mr. Agron Qerkini manager and evaluator-expert of this Project made the presentation of this important project for our country-municipality.
Following the presentation of this project by the relevant officials, a number of questions were raised about the topic of how the land evaluation is done, why the evaluation is done, classification of parcels, etc.
This exhibition will be open at the Property Tax Office today, where you can see how your land is valuated, the value it has, the parcel categorization, and many other similar information.
Therefore, we invite you to ask questions, give comments and remarks, so that with direct participation you influence the eventual change of this assessment.
