The first of Municipality Mr. Agron Kuçi, in his speech, thanked the Government of the Republic of Kosova and the KEDS for cooperation and support that have made investments in the Municipality of Junik, while believing that all these will continue in the future. Laying of the foundation for the start of these works is important for Junik citizens with surroundings, because this distribution has the capacity to supply electricity energy to about 35 thousand residents, said Kuçi.
Finance Minister, Mr. Besim Beqaj has congratulated thePresident of Junik Municipality for the start of works on the project, which is of particular importance, because the realization of this project will solve the issue of electricity for residents of Junik with surroundings. The Minister also congratulated the Mayor for the many achievements that the Municipality made in all sectors and promised that the support for Junik will continue.
While, the KEDS Deputy Director, Mr. Avni Alidemaj, welcomed the initiative for cooperation between the Municipality of Junik and the KEDS for the construction of this distribution and promised that such initiatives will have in the future.
Mayor of Junik Mr. Agron Kuçi, Minister of Finance in the Government of the Republic of Kosova, Besim Beqaj and the KEDS Deputy Director, Avni Alidemaj, in the neigborhood "Agim Ramadani" in Junik, in a ceremony, have set the cornerstone to start work for Electricity Energy Distribution. The project is financed by the Junik Municipality and the KEDS, in the value of about 2 million euros.
