⦁ To possess protective measures against fire, apparatus for firefighting and other ancillary measures,
⦁ The Battery (Accumulator) be isolated not to have contact with metal parts that could cause ignition,
⦁ Do not smoke while working with auto-machine,
⦁ Auto-machine be in good technical condition so that loses of grain during harvesting-threshing be minimal-no more than 3%,
⦁ Harvesting-threshing of plots to be carried out according to their order and not made unreasonable passages or cession of plots without harvesting,
⦁ Treatment, respectively the harvest process to be fair and equal for all farmers, with the possibility of relief on payments to farmers who are in poor social conditions,
⦁ To use the maximum and suitable optimal time for faster performance of the campaign,
⦁ Harvesting-threshing price of 100 € / ha, determined by MAFRD, DKB and FSB, be respected,
⦁ Auto-machine drivers to keep accurate records of harvested areas, by completing forms prepared by MAFRD, and who are obliged to submit to the office of the agriculture sector, which will release verification (reciept) for the withdrawal of fuels from the delivery point.
⦁ Against the auto-machine drivers who do not adhere to the above mentioned measures, legal action will be taken by the Municipal Directorate for Agriculture, municipal headquarter for harvest-threshing, Directorate of Inspection and the emergency prevention inspector.

Since we’re on the eve of the harvesting-threshing campaign of grains white, from which our farmers provide bread for their families, it is important to inform the harvesting machine drivers for added care and nessesary preparation to start and successfully complete the harvesting-threshing process.
Although most auto-machine drivers have long experience in harvest campaign and know the best precautions to be taken before the start also during the process of harvesting-threshing, however if we inform you that it is necessary to take these measures:
