All taxpayers are notified of the time to appeal for Property Tax bills for the year 2014 is from the date: 13/02/2014 until 13/03/2014.
After this date, expires complaints’ deadline under the Law.
No. 03/L-204 of the Article 22 and the Administrative Instruction No. 05/2011 of the Article 2, which states that the deadline for appeal of taxpayers is valid only 30 days from the day the taxpayer received Property Tax bill.
