After approval from the audience, the debate opened on agenda items, as they were intended.
After review and discussion by councilors, assemblymen of the Municipal Assembly, the Assembly approved the following documents:
• Waste Management Regulation in the territory of municipality and,
• Decision on fees for building permits.
At this meeting present were 14 assemblymen from 15 as are total, so that the Assembly had sufficient quorum for the meeting to take place and issue decisions.
The VI Meeting of the Municipal Assembly was kept. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ibish Krasniqi, since the Chairman, Mr. Sinan Gacaferi, was not present. Mr. Krasniqi, after greeting the participants and welcomed them, sought approval of the agenda, with the following points:
1. Review and approval of minutes from previous meeting;
2. Review and approve the draft Waste Management Regulation in the territory of municipality, after public review;
3. Review of the Draft Decision on fees for building permits from the Department of Urbanism, Cadaster and Environment, and
4. Miscellaneous.
