Under Article 19 of the Law on Spatial Planning (Law no. 2003/14) and Article 8 of the Administrative procedures for public review and spatial plans, the Department of Urbanism, Cadaster and Environmental, issues this:
N O T I C E
Whereby informed are citizens of neighborhoods "Krasniqi" and "Bajraktar" that the Municipality of Junik in cooperation with projecting company "ALBARCHITECT’S" has successfully designed the Urban Regulatory Plan, Unit "Krasniqi and Bajraktar".
With the decision of the Assembly of the Municipality, date July 31, 2013 draft plan is discussed in public for review and comment.
The public discussion will be held from August 1 to 30, 2013.
The material for Urban Regulatory Project is exposed in the Assembly Hall of the Municipality of Junik.
Comments and observations on the draft plan can be made every day from 10 am ‘til 12 pm.
The draft plan is exposed at the website of Junik http://rks-gov.net/junik.
