The agenda was approved by all members present at the meeting.
The point 1 of the agenda: Minutes of the previous meeting were approved without any objection.
The point 2 of the agenda: Ms. Leonita Jasiqi – Chairwoman of the Municipal Commission for Re-integration informed the participants that the Office for European Integration and Returns of Communities has received two requests from repatriated persons, which requests are competency of the Commission to review and take decision. Both requests are: food supplying and hygiene. Members present after discussing the requests, took the following decision:
• A request is approved, as it meets the criteria under the applicable laws and regulations, and
• A request is rejected, since it is out of criteria Regulation 20/2013 for the Re-integration of repatriated persons and the program management of Re-integration.
The point 3 of the agenda: In point, Miscellaneous, members of the Committee discussed on the socio-economic state and Re-integration of repatriated persons. Chaired by the Chairwoman of the Municipal Commission for Re-integration, Mrs. Leonita Jasiqi is held the meeting of the Committee, with the following agenda:
1. Review and approval of minutes from previous meeting,
2. Review of requirements of repatriated persons, accepted by the Office for European Integration and Community Returns, and
3. Miscellaneous.
