PENALTIES FOR NOT REGISTRING THE PROPERTY
Administrative Instruction No. 03/2011.
Any taxpayer who did not apply for registration of immovable property or which does not provide information on Municipal Property Taxes will be punished based on Article 18 of this instruction, and Article 20 and paragraph 1 and 2 of the Law on Immovable Property Tax in 03 / L-204.

All taxpayers of Junik Municipality are informed, that property registration for 2014 is being done.
Taxpayers are obliged to register their property,
Taxpayers are obliged to register their new facilities.
Taxpayers are required for registration of facilities that have undergone changes in: use, purpose, or size.
Taxpayers are responsible for notifying of their ruined buildings.
